We acquired our wealth of knowledge at high profiled and distinguished industry leaders such as American Express, Fiserv and CardConnect. 

We identified a need for compliant Zero Fee Credit Card Processing. 

Many dealerships were unfamiliar with how these types of programs worked and how to become eligible for them. This led to confusion and hesitancy in adopting these beneficial initiatives.

Joe Doyle is the CEO of RevUp Transactions, and is accountable and responsible for the company’s overall strategy, team performance, financial obligations, and overall organizational growth.

Joe Doyle is a standout leader in the Merchant Services industry with over 25 years of experience in strategic roles. He has founded, built, and managed high-performing Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams for marquee firms, such as American Express, MerchantPro Express, and CardConnect. 

Since overseeing the strategic acquisition of his company, MerchantPro Express, by industry giant CardConnect, Joe started his newest venture, RevUp Transactions, as an Authorized Dealer of CardConnect under his current CardConnect Partners umbrella. 

Recognizing a gap in the market, he developed customized card processing solutions specifically tailored to maximize savings for the underserved dealership community.

Joe has a proven track record of driving innovation, sales performance, and customer service, grounded in consistently delivering value to clients, partners, and team members. His approach to leadership is deeply rooted in teamwork and collaboration. 

Joe earned both his undergraduate degree and Master of Business Administration from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, where he was a four-year member of the Men's Basketball team. 

Joe's passion, work ethic, and deep industry knowledge continue to set him apart, driving his commitment to delivering exceptional value and innovative solutions in the Merchant Services industry.

Mike Devin is the VP of Business Development, where he is responsible for driving growth, revenue, and strategic planning. He is also accountable for the execution of contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and customer relationship management.

Mike is a high-performing, seasoned Sales Executive in the Merchant Services industry with over 10 years of experience, specializing in Business Development. 

Mike began his career at MerchantPro Express with Joe Doyle as a Manager of Business Development in 2015. Demonstrating exceptional talent and dedication, he quickly distinguished himself among his colleagues. Mike was promoted to a managerial role within three years and continues to produce from a team and individual standpoint. 

Mike oversees various stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, proposing, and closing deals. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence continually enhance our team's performance and customer satisfaction. 

Michael's professional journey is as diverse as it is impressive. A graduate of Cornell University, Michael played professional hockey internationally and domestically for seven seasons before transitioning to Merchant Services, bringing a unique perspective to his role.

Tom Fazio is the VP of Operations, where he is the head of contract and product management, working closely with the Sales Team and Client Management to ensure the business operates smoothly, sustainably, and profitably.

Tom is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of Merchant Services experience, which includes Direct Sales, Product Solutions, and Sales Management with industry leaders Fiserv, CardConnect, and MerchantPro Express.

He coordinates Product Management, Operations, Sales, Data Research, and Customer Relations to optimize internal processes, exceed sales targets, drive revenue, and increase market share. 

Tom is well known for his ability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with organizational goals, drive sustainable growth, and facilitate market expansion. His commitment to understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions has consistently led to exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

A graduate of Towson University, Tom also holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of West Florida, where he was a member of the Men’s Basketball coaching staff.

Randi Meiselas is the VP of Client Management, where she heads up and is responsible for Customer Service, Client Management, and New Merchant Implementation.

Randi Meiselas is a seasoned expert in the credit card processing industry with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Client Management and Business Development. 

Randi’s career in Merchant Services began in Business Development where she distinguished herself as the top Sales Executive for six consecutive years. In 2015, she transitioned to Client Management, taking on leadership roles with Joe Doyle’s team at MerchantPro Express and CardConnect.

Randi oversees a robust portfolio of clients, managing account migrations, custom sales reporting, chargeback inquiries, and ensuring the highest level of real-time customer support. Her commitment to delivering exceptional value and tailored solutions sets her apart in the industry. 

Randi is a graduate of Binghamton University and holds a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she practiced law in the early part of her professional career.

Billy has worked in sales for MerchantPro Express, now CardConnect & RevUp, for the past 7 years.  Over that time, he’s managed sales, customer service and installations on accounts totaling more than $30M in revenue.  He knows all the ins and outs of this multifaceted industry, with his focus being on automobile dealerships and service centers.

Billy prides himself on attention to detail in all that he does, which translates to an easy & efficient transitions and solutions for his clients. When he’s not working, Billy is spending time with his incredible wife, Maylisa, his children, Liam and Clara, playing polo and enjoying all the great outdoors has to offer.

Greg Gordon is a Long Island native who attended Chaminade High School and Siena College.  He has been working in a Sales capacity for the past 25 years in multiple roles and Industries and has developed a very strong network of business associates who share his ambition and drive.

Vice President of Sales for MerchantPro Express (Currently Cardconnect/Fiserv) for the past 9 years.  He is responsible for driving sales through the cultivation of client relationships and building referral partnership programs in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut markets. He services and maintains a client list that processes over 100 Million Dollars Annually.  Works for numerous local charities and has worked as a Big Brother in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Charity for the past 7 years.  Avid New York Sports Fan and is a NY Giants Season Ticket holder.

Her talent for spotting opportunities and devising innovative solutions distinguishes her in the industry.

Joe has been in the merchant services industry for over 8 years. Joe specializes in business development through strategic partnerships and personal networking. His role oversees the full sales cycle of the business from prospecting, pricing, selling, onboarding, equipment installation, and account management.

Prior to accepting his first full-time position in merchant services, Joe played Division 1 college hockey for Cornell University and captained the team his senior season. After graduating in 2011, he embarked on a 7-year professional hockey career playing in both North America and Europe. Joe attributes the qualities he developed as an athlete, resilience, work ethic, consistency, and a team-first mentality, to his success in the business world. Joe has built a portfolio of clients from his hyper focus on solving problems, full transparency, and customer satisfaction.

Trevor played professional hockey for 19 seasons as one of the toughest enforcers the game has ever seen. He played in over 800 games, had close to 400 professional fights, and reached the ultimate level playing in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the New York Islanders for multiple seasons.

Trevor joined MerchantPro Express under the leadership of Joe Doyle in 2017, and he put the same hard work and dedication into his new career in Merchant Services as he did in as a Pro Hockey Player.  

Trevor found success immediately because of his commitment to his customers and the relationships he continues to build. Trevor lives in the Augusta Georgia area and is a proud husband and father. Trevor loves working out, traveling, hunting, fishing, and landscaping during his free time.

Kim is an experienced Merchant Services professional, having begun her career at MerchantPro Express with Joe Doyle as a Manager of Business Development in 2014.

In this role, she helped manage client acquisition, market research, and sales strategies. Transitioning to her current role, she continues to excel in driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing client relationships.

Previously, Kim was the Founder and President of a children's jewelry and clothing company, where she managed sales and nationwide distribution. Additionally, she served as a clinical psychologist within the corrections system. These roles enabled her to hone her sales, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.

Kim graduated from the University of Michigan and holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from St. John’s University.

Partnering with Joe Doyle in 2020, Ryan is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships. Ryan excels at identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored sales strategies for customer solutions. Focusing on improving customer business processing and building trusted partnerships are his top priorities to building a successful Merchant Services relationship. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, combined with strong communication and a results oriented proactive approach, Ryan consistently exceeds expectations and contributes to our overall business and customers success.

Ryan’s other passions are his family and athletics.  He can often be found coaching his three children in a Hockey Rink or field somewhere in New England.

Patricia Williams-Schlitz (Pat) is the Director of Business Development, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. She works closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve organizational goals.

Pat is an experienced merchant services professional, having begun her career at MerchantPro Express with Joe Doyle as a Manager of Business Development in 2016. In that role, she was responsible for identifying new business prospects, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting the sales team. 

Pat now serves as the Director of Business Development, helping manage the Business Development process, from lead generation to partnership formation and client retention.

Before her career in Merchant Services, Pat cultivated her skills in customer service, sales, and operations through her previous roles. She spent several years as an Assistant Vice President/Manager in retail banking and as a Senior Office Manager in the wellness space.

Pat has completed advanced coursework in Management at Long Island University Post.
